To dump out data for products, works or prices, without finesse, use CSV exports. Use Custom reports to tailor your columns, then Reporting to tailor your rows.
1. Go to the CSV exports page
2. Choose the type of data you need
- Products: All products and associated metadata
- Works: All works and associated metadata
- Monthly sales: Historical monthly sales for all products, listed by sales channel
- Daily sales: Historical daily sales for all products, with sales channel and source of sale
- Sale royalties: Detailed royalty calculations, keyed by Sale ID
- Prices: All prices, listed by type, qualifier and currency for each product
- Product prices: One row per product, with named prices
- To-dos: All to-dos
This page also contains a change report. Download change reports between daily snapshots of product metadata and the latest snapshot. The csv contains the following columns:
- Client identifier
- Current ISBN
- Current title
- Attribute – the type of data that changed, such as
title
,publication date
,page count
. - From value – what the data was, originally
- To value – what the data was changed to
- Product ID – the Consonance product ID
- Work URL – the Consonance page
- From date
- To date
